Radius Limitation: The bending radius must be very large (typically R ≥ 15-20 times the panel thickness) to prevent cracking of the mirror aluminum layer and protective coating.
Specialized Tooling & Process: Must be done in-factory using specialized molds for gentle hot bending. On-site cold bending is strictly forbidden.
Effect Impact: Even if bent successfully, the mirror reflection will be distorted in the bent area. This must be carefully considered in design.
