Contract & Payment: Sign the formal Sales Contract. You pay the deposit, and we schedule production.

Production & Updates: We can provide production progress photos upon request during manufacturing.

Inspection & Shipment: After production, arrange inspection (if required). Upon receipt of the balance payment, we arrange shipment immediately and provide full set of shipping documents.

What is your policy if there are quality issues or the goods don’t match the samples? Do you offer a warranty?

Warranty: We provide an official Warranty Certificate for all products. For curtain wall grade PVDF products, we offer a limited warranty of up to 10 years for weatherability and color retention.

Issue Resolution Process: Upon receiving a formal complaint with evidence (photos/videos), we respond within 24 hours. For confirmed manufacturing defects that are our responsibility, we commit to providing free replacement materials or negotiating fair financial compensation. Our goal is to resolve issues swiftly and fairly, minimizing client loss and project delays.

How do you ensure the goods are shipped safely and on time to our country?

A: We have a mature international logistics management system:

Professional Packing: Wooden pallets + waterproof stretch film + edge protectors ensure transport safety.

Logistics Partners: Long-term cooperation with major international shipping/airlines (e.g., Maersk, COSCO, DHL) ensures competitive freight rates and stable space.

Full Tracking: We provide tracking information from factory departure to destination port.

Documentation: We provide complete, professional export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, B/L, etc.) for smooth customs clearance. You can choose from FOB, CIF, CFR, or DAP Incoterms.

What payment terms do you accept? Can you offer credit terms (e.g., payment after delivery)?

A: We offer secure and flexible international trade payment terms:

Primary Method: T/T (Wire Transfer) is the most common. For new clients, terms are typically 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Negotiable for established, trusted partners.

Letter of Credit: We accept L/C at sight.

Credit Terms/Payment on Account: For large, long-term partners with excellent credit history, we can offer, upon evaluation, limited credit lines or short payment terms (e.g., payment within XX days after delivery). This requires a formal credit application and approval process.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can you provide free samples?

Standard Color Products: Container load (approx. 20-22 pallets, ~2,500-3,000 sqm) for the best price. For trial orders, we can accept a lower MOQ of 500 sqm.

Samples: We provide free standard color charts/sample books. For physical samples of custom colors, we can produce and provide small samples free of charge, with the client covering the freight. A small fee is usually charged for pre-production approval samples, which is deductible from the future order.

Can we customize colors, sizes, and surface finishes? What is the production lead time?

Color/Finish: We can match any RAL, Pantone code and offer custom metallic, wood grain, stone, brushed, mirror, and other special effects.

Size: We can customize length and width based on project needs (within machinery limits).

MOQ & Lead Time: The standard MOQ for customization (e.g., special color) is typically 1,000 sqm. Production lead time for standard items is about 15-25 days, while complex custom orders or large volumes may require 30-45 days, depending on order complexity.
